Delivery and Return

If you have received a shipment and, after opening it, find that the product does not meet your expectations or for any other reason you wish to cancel the purchase, the deadline for cancellation is 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the item.

In case of cancellation, you have the right to exchange the ordered item for another one or to receive a refund.

To exercise any of the rights regarding the return of a purchased product, the item must not be damaged or worn due to use, and it must be returned in its original packaging along with the original receipt.

If you choose to exchange the item, you will only bear the direct costs of returning the item, while we will cover the delivery costs of the new item.

If you decide to make an exchange or cancel the purchase, you need to notify us by calling +381 64 1917985 or by sending an email to support@kobac-co.com to receive the necessary instructions regarding the exchange or refund.

You can send the purchased product along with the required documentation via the courier service of your choice to the address: Hercegovačka 90, 36300 Novi Pazar, Serbia.

After receiving the returned item, a new item will be sent to you or a refund will be issued to your bank account within 5 business days from the date of receipt of the returned item. If you do not have a bank account, the refund will be made electronically via a postal money order within 7 days from the date of receipt of the return shipment.

Refunds are made exclusively by the methods described above, and it is not possible to send money by courier in cash.

We strive to ensure that deliveries are flawless, but if, by any chance, you find that the delivered goods do not match your order or the invoice details are incorrect, please call us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment at +381 64 1917985 and send an email with your details (name, surname, phone number, and order number) to support@kobac-co.com describing the issue. We will inform you of the next steps as soon as possible.
